Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Please email us at [your email address] within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please:

Check with neighbors or your leasing office
Wait 1–2 additional business days
Contact USPS for a claim

We provide both virgin and raw 100% human hair extensions.

Virgin Hair is unprocessed, free from chemical treatments or dyes, and may be gently steam-textured to achieve wave or curl patterns.
Raw Hair is completely unprocessed and comes from a single donor with all cuticles intact and aligned. It has not been steamed or chemically altered—delivering the most natural, durable, and authentic texture available.

Both types of hair are ethically sourced, long-lasting, and can be bleached, colored, or styled to your preference.

With proper care, our virgin and raw hair can last 12 months or longer. Raw hair may last even longer due to its untouched, single-donor quality.

Virgin Hair is unprocessed but may be steam-textured for consistent curl or wave patterns.
Raw Hair is unprocessed, unaltered, and comes directly from one donor, offering unmatched natural texture and longevity.
