Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or bundles.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Please email us at [your email address] within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your leasing office
- Wait 1–2 additional business days
- Contact USPS for a claim
